 Kimpton Will Soon Bring Art in Motion to Chicago Located in the exciting River North neighborhood, this architectural masterpiece was designed the John Buck Company. The front entrance of the hotel will be highly visible on State Street, facing an outdoor plaza shared with the office building next door. This modern sky-rise will have 259 luxurious guest rooms, including 20 suites, one large presidential suite, 5000 square feet of meeting space and a signature Kimpton restaurant fronting on State Street and featuring outdoor terrace seating. Like every Hotel Palomar, this sleek urban sanctuary tells the story of Art in Motion. And in this case art is all about its location, near the theater district in the Loop, the Art Institute, the Chicago Cultural Center and the fabulous new Millennium Park.  Expect the Unexpected in This Chelsea Gathering Place This new luxury hotel will soon serve as one of the architectural highlights of the Chelsea neighborhood in Manhattan. Eventi Hotel will take up an entire city block between West 29th and 30th Streets, facing Sixth Avenue, and will serve as an exciting gathering place for Chelsea meetings, social celebrations and both public and private entertainment events. This glass-exterior mixed-use tower will feature an open outdoor plaza with fountains, cityscaping, public seating and a 20-foot wide outdoor multi-media screen. You can expect to enjoy the best of everything inside this luxury full-service hotel or in one of the luxury apartments on the top floors of the skyrise. The lobby and 287 guest rooms will take up the first 22 stories, and some suites will have outdoor terraces overlooking the plaza. The hotel will feature a large, multi-level bar and restaurant that includes outdoor seating in the plaza; 8,000 square feet of elegantly-designed meeting space; a 1,400 square foot gym and separate spa with three treatment rooms.
 Kimpton Will Soon Bring Art in Motion to Philadelphia Kimpton is opening its first hotel in Philadelphia, near Rittenhouse Square. This is our 11th adaptive reuse project, transforming the Architect's Building, a distinctive, 24-story Art Deco structure, into Philadelphia's first highly stylized, upscale boutique hotel and gathering place. The hotel will include a new ground-floor, chef-driven restaurant and bar; more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space—including a 16-person high-tech board room; and a 3,000 square foot, meticulously preserved, penthouse-level ballroom with original ceiling molding and sweeping views of the city on three sides.  Kimpton Captures the Heart of Baltimore, MD The corner of North Charles Street and West Baltimore Avenue is right in the center of downtown Baltimore.  Art in Motion—Hotel Palomar to open in Midtown Atlanta The Atlanta skyline will soon feature a new 21-story Kimpton boutique hotel. The Hotel Palomar Atlanta-Midtown will have 304 rooms, one of the top destination restaurants in the city, and a large, lively lounge. This pet-friendly hotel will also house over 10,000 square feet of meeting space.  The guest rooms at the Hotel Monaco Washington DC have just been recreated in a multimillion dollar transformation of the hotel. The work was orchestrated by California-based team Design Atelier. These exquisitely redesigned guest rooms maintain and enhance Kimpton's restoration of the U.S. General Post Office Building. The design firm recast contemporary styles and modern colorations with a mix of traditional designs that delight the eye and convey a sense of style and urban excitement.
